An Overview of Programs at Prosserman

The ProssermanJCC hosts birthday parties, educational sessions for adults and seniors, and fun events for the whole family all year. Come celebrate the Jewish holidays with us during our Tu’bshvat themed events this month, and view our list of programs for other holiday-related events this season. Exciting Jewish cultural events include Israeli folk dancing, movie screenings and singing lessons. In addition, our gaming and athletic programs for youth and adults, including bridge, mah jong, floor hockey, indoor soccer and basketball ultimately offer something for everyone!

Did your New Year resolutions include reading more books in 2012? Meet your goals by joining local literary experts and like-minded booklovers in our Treasures in Jewish literature series. Each session will feature dialogue and debate about the books, which can be purchased at your local book store or loaned from the PJCC. All ages are welcome to come for each session or the entire series, which continues until May.

Don’t put the costumes away after Purim because children can dress up for our Prince and Princess Tea Party! Children are invited to our culinary studio in March for a Prince and Princess Tea, as well as a Pizza Making Party. It’s never too early to learn how to cook and we’ll teach mini chefs several great tips for preparing easy meals.

More fun family events will run at the Schwartz / Reisman Centre after its grand opening.
