Are Carbs at Night Bad for you?

There is absolutely zero evidence proving carbs at night result in fat gain. if you are over your daily calories well then that is a different story. Carbs before bed are extremely beneficial- your body is in a deep state of rest, burning tons of calories therefore carbs overnight can actually promote fat loss and protect and help add muscle. If you need calories still, slow release carbs at night are ideal along with a slow release protein.
