Our group fitness programs feature a wide range of classes so you can fall in love with a healthy routine that works for you. With over 100 classes led by the industry's best instructors, we offer something for everyone. Our results-oriented classes include strength, mind and body, athletic, studio cycle and dance.

Resistance Training

30 min Tone

A 30-minute full body resistance training workout designed to tone and shape every muscle.

30 min Tone and Stretch

A 30-minute Tone and stretch combined workout designed to strengthen your Full body. This class will focus on full body strength and gentle stretch using straps and blocks.

Body Weight Blast

This class is a blend of cardio and strength training using your body weight.
This class will take place in the gymnasium - please bring your own mat!

Body Weight Sculpt

This is a full body weight workout designed to tone and shape every muscle. Look good, feel strong!
This class will take place in the gymnasium - please bring your own mat!

Abs & Glutes

This workout is great for anyone looking to strengthen their abs and glutes. Developing these muscle groups will help you build a strong foundation for any other workout you do!

Chair Fitness

This class is designed to offer a full-body workout that improves muscular endurance, strength, and range of motion. Improve your overall fitness and feel more energetic!

Muscle Fusion

Muscle Fusion is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to blend strength training, functional movement, and cardiovascular conditioning. This class combines resistance exercises to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness.

Muscle Mix

This class is a blend of cardio and strength training. Choose your level to make it high or low intensity and MIX it up!

Muscle Sculpt

A full body resistance training workout designed to tone and shape every muscle. Look good, feel strong!

Step & Sculpt

Join us for this dynamic class that will get your heart rate up with fun step choreography and strengthen and tone with exercises targeting your big and small muscle groups. This is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and full of energy!

Strength & Balance

This is a low intensity and low impact class where the focus is on improving overall strength by working large and small muscle groups and on stability and balance to help you feel strong in your everyday activities.

Conditioning

Aquafit

This low-impact water aerobics class will help you improve your balance, mobility, strength, and endurance, without putting strain on your joints, making it a great alternative to weight-bearing exercise.

Athletic Circuit

Have fun with this full body athletic style class that will increase your stamina and power and is suitable for all fitness levels. Unlock new levels of strength, speed, and agility as you challenge your body in a new way!

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level! Bootcamp combines different styles of strength and aerobic training to leave you feeling strong, powerful, and better than before.

Cycle

Feel the energy and ride through a challenging mix of both strength and endurance intervals! This includes fast sprints and heavy climbs, all timed to the beat of the music. Get in the saddle and push your limits!

HIIT Conditioning

HIIT Conditioning is a high-intensity, action-packed workout designed to push your limits and transform your fitness. This class combines short bursts of intense cardiovascular exercise with strength training intervals, maximizing fat burn and boosting metabolism.

HIIT Cycle

Power through challenging high intensity intervals set to a great soundtrack in this 45-minute ride that will leave you breathless in the best way!

J-Shred

Get ready for an exhilarating and comprehensive workout that will challenge your entire body! This class is designed to keep you moving, motivated, and reaching new fitness heights with four distinct blocks: HIIT/Strength/Core work/ Finishers.

Performance Cycle

This ride will focus on achieving specific output levels at different times throughout the class to improve strength, endurance, power, and overall performance. Our expert instructors will provide coaching that will allow each individual to perform to the best of their ability; all levels are welcome!

Mind & Body

Barre

Barre is a total body workout that incorporates ballet, Pilates and yoga. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles. It is a low impact workout that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Barre Sculpt

This class incorporates traditional mat work as well as the use of the ballet barre. It combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to sculpt and tone and improve core strength, balance, and stability.

Chair Yoga

This class will use chairs to enhance your experience and support your practice. We will include physical postures, breath work, and a short meditation at the end to help you cultivate a sense of peace and space in body and mind

Flow Yoga

This class is sequenced to easily transition from one pose to another, creating a seamless flow of movement. Improve stability and strength throughout the body and deepen the connection to breath.

Gentle Yoga

Slow down the pace as you bring awareness to the body, calm the mind, and relax the nervous system. This class will help build strength and flexibility while improving balance and concentration. This is an all-level practice.

Iyengar Yoga

This practice will focus on structural alignment of the body through poses held for a longer period. This yoga class is accessible for all ability levels.

Gentle Iyengar Yoga

Gentle practice focusing on structural alignment of the body through poses held for a longer time. This yoga class is accessible for all ability levels, especially for beginners.

Pilates

In this class you will use your own bodyweight and small equipment to build muscle and core strength. Low impact static and dynamic movements will be incorporated for a full body workout.

Pilates Foam Roll

This class is a mixture of Pilates and foam rolling; enjoy the benefits of both in one class! Strengthen your core and lengthen and stretch your muscles for a lean look and a relaxing feel.

Power Yoga:

This dynamic class blends the vigour of Ashtanga with the seamless flow of Vinyasa, creating a powerful and energizing practice. Sequences are designed to build strength, stamina, and flexibility, incorporating various poses that challenge body and mind. In addition to fluid movement, this class incorporates deep-intensity work through pose holds, stoking the internal fire and fostering endurance. While it is a high-intensity practice, modifications are offered, making it accessible for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. The goal is to release mind-body tension and bring the nervous system into a state of healing.

Therapeutic Yoga

Learn the significance of proper movement and how it impacts your everyday life. You will gain a better understanding about the relationships between strength, moving and living well, longevity, and your health and fitness goals.

Vinyasa Yoga

In this yoga class you will flow from one pose to the next seamlessly using breath. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles while moving through a variety of postures.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

This class is a fluid style of yoga that prioritizes a mindful, slow-paced approach. It focuses on linking breath with movement, where each pose flows seamlessly into the next. Unlike more vigorous forms of Vinyasa, Gentle Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes a calmer, meditative practice.

Yin Yang Yoga

A balance practice that combines the traditional yoga (Vinyasa) with a slower paced practice (Restorative). Be prepare to work on your Strength with the Yang and to relax with the Yin.

Dance

Chair Zumba

This Zumba class will use chairs for stability and is excellent for seniors, anyone with balance or mobility issues or recovering from an injury. Come enjoy Latin vibes and move to the music!

Nia Dance

Nia blends together martial arts, yoga, dance, and spiritual self-healing to create a joyful and exhilarating fitness experience. Join this unique movement class that will leave you feeling wonderful!

Zumba

Your workout will feel like a party while you perform choreography to great Latin music, and more. Improve your cardiovascular health, coordination, and agility. Get ready to sweat!

Zumba Gold

Love Zumba beats but looking for a lower intensity and impact dance experience? Join Zumba Gold and enjoy all your favorite dance styles: Salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaetón and more! Zumba Gold welcomes participants of all ages and is great for those new to fitness.
