Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer and Assistant Fitness Director at PJCC, Julia blends her love of fitness and connection. With a Masters in Social Work, she specializes in improving clients’ strength, conditioning, and confidence at any fitness level. Certified in movement analysis, kettlebell, conditioning, and active aging, Julia enjoys building strong client relationships and guiding them toward surprising themselves with their progress. Outside of work, she loves running, eating, and traveling.
