Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, she brings warmth and connection to every workout—often with the same energy she brings to jiujitsu, flowers, and a perfect bowl of cottage cheese.
Ely pairs a B.Sc. in Kinesiology with a CSCS certification, guiding clients toward strength, muscle growth, and healthy weight management. His approach is grounded yet motivating, shaped by a love of cooking, sports, and time spent with family—values that flow naturally into how he supports each client’s goals.
A Registered Massage Therapist, NCCP Boxing Instructor, and Twist Sports Conditioning coach, Antonio brings expert care to training and recovery. Whether it’s boxing skills, injury prevention, or rebuilding strength after surgery, he works with purpose and patience. With a Master’s in Sports and Technology and specialisations in bodybuilding and exercise recovery, Shahram helps clients transform strength, mobility, and confidence. Fluent in Italian and Farsi, he connects across cultures—often over a great coffee, a workout, or a shared love of Italy.
Quinn’s background in Fitness and Health Promotion and Canadian Ski Instruction makes him a go-to for building strength and conditioning for snow sports. As a DTS Kettlebell Coach, he also helps fine-tune movement mechanics for sports like golf and running. Outside the gym, he’s a hockey fan, sourdough baker, and unapologetic Costco enthusiast.
Holding a PhD, a B.Sc. in Neuroscience, and certifications in Bone Fit and TRX, Loïse designs training for brain and body together. She specialises in active aging, functional movement, and osteoporosis support, delivering every session with energy and care. A French speaker and world traveller, she loves cooking and DJing in her downtime.
